The XL Air is a really impressive car, and it's easy to see why it's received so many high marks from customers. It is extremely light - the wheels and chassis weigh only 6.5kg. It's extremely easy to put together. In fact I was able put it up and running in less than five minutes, which is pretty amazing given that it included attaching the fabric for the carrycot!

It has a comfortable wide seat that is comfortable for Annie (who is 12 months old) and the recline lever is easy to use. There's plenty of space in the basket too, and I love the fact that it has a zip-up pocket in the handle bar so that you can keep your keys and phone secure!

The handlebar is low, which may be a problem for parents who are taller. However, it's encased with a luxurious leather-like material that's soft and comfortable and cleans down easily, so it's still easy to push even with bags and children on your hands!

The front wheel can be locked and can be swiveled for added flexibility. The wheels that are puncture-proof are large with a diameter of 22cm and 30cm therefore they are able to handle all kinds of terrain. The wheels come with flaps that can be closed or opened to let more air in when required. It's a little larger than other pushchairs, but does not feel heavy or bulky when you push it across bumpy surfaces.

The seat fabric is machine washable, as are the frame and faux leather grips are simple to wipe down. It's also a lot quieter than some pushchairs, and I felt safe using it on busy city streets. One of the advantages is that it has integrated accessory points. This means you can add footmuffs, parasols, changing bags and even a tray for snacks. You can also use the hood to block out rain and wind, though it's not particularly waterproof. The single pram is able to be fitted with the Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) which allows your child more leg room. It took about 20 minutes to assemble the bassinet, and the same amount of time to transform it into the seat.
