Billingsley says that the best double tandem pushchair stroller for toddlers is one that has various options for customization. This includes a seat or bassinet that can be removed. This is because toddlers typically have little endurance, so a stroller with an attachment for a bassinet will provide them with a safe spot to take a nap.
