It's designed to take two children side by side, unlike the slightly heavier Aire Twin, and has elevated seating that allows both children can view the world around them.

The Evalite Duo weighs just under 10kg and is one of most lightweight strollers for children available. It is suitable for use from the time of birth and can be used with Joie car seat or carrycots. It's easy to drive, ride, lift and fold, and the clever frame expands in width to accommodate the second hand double buggy seat.

Out 'n' about says the Evalite Duo's one-handed folding feature is an absolute highlight. They were awed by how quickly and effortlessly the Evalite Duo comes together. However, they did note that it's more difficult to navigate bumps and rough tes which will keep your little ones cosy in cold weather. The carrycot slots onto the Orange chassis easily with gate-opening side flaps and is comfortable and spacious. The seat and carrycot are placed in a variety of configurations and the Orange chassis has an amazing 30 possible combinations.

The wheels are designed to take on rough and concrete ground, and there's a large shopping basket that's ideal for shopping at large supermarkets. This pushchair is comfortable to drive and has a light feel and the pedal brake that is rounded is simple to use (but not a flip-flop-friendly model). It's not the easiest to fold and the latch that holds it folded requires two hands to unlock. When it's collapsed, the front wheels tuck underneath the basket and the chassis can stand.

The Orange is a great choice for parents who are fashion-conscious and have a toddler, baby or both. They're looking for a stroller that will grow with their child. It's an excellent choice for parents who are expecting an additional child in the near future and need a double pushchair that is adaptable. The iCandy Orange may not be cheap however its versatility will make it last a long time and boost its resale value. It can also take a buggy board which should help to reduce sibling squabbles over seats!

Mountain Buggy, founded by an Australian and a member of the Mokopuna Group, which also owns Phil and Teds and Baby Jogger, is the first pram manufacturer that focuses on two all-terrain pushchairs. The Duet twin stroller is easily maneuvered through narrow aisles for shopping and through doorways. It is among the smallest and most feature-packed double buggies that are available and has won numerous awards, including Mother & Baby Twin Gold in 2014 and Prima Baby Twin Silver in 2015.

The seats are narrow enough to let children of various ages to sit comfortably together. They are also independently reclined so that children can select their preferred position. The large canopies have an adjustable sun visor that can be removed and the storage basket is very roomy. It works with almost all brands and comes with two adapters for infant car seats when you purchase car seats.

The only issue is the weight. It is heavy at 32.4 pounds, and it could be difficult to lift into and out of the trunk for Grandma. And, it is more expensive than most other side-by-side double single pushchair buggies. It is built to last and has a lot of options for the price. It's a good option for parents in urban areas who want to avoid lugging a bulky stroller around. The padding of the harnesses, the 5-point buckle, and straps with padding make it safe for infants.

Bugaboo Donkey Twin

The Bugaboo Donkey Twin is a beautiful, functional buggy with an elegant design. It's a high-quality product but it's not without faults.

It offers very few extra conveniences, both for the parents and the kids. The only thing provided by the tiny side bin is that it is only available when one seat in the car is connected. There aren't any parent trays cup holders, cups, or accessory pockets and this could be problematic for long journeys.

The seats don't recline to a completely flat position, and the space between them is quite large, so our 5-year-old had trouble lying back comfortably. It's unfortunate given that this is a high-end vehicle.

It's easy to maneuver, and the swivel wheel is great for climbing slopes and stairs. It's also small enough to pass through most doors and folds up easily for easy storage and transport. It can also be converted into mono mode with just three clicks should you require more space or want to make a quick getaway. The comfortable wheeled board is able to accommodate an additional child if needed. If you're on budget you can find cheaper alternatives. It's worth it though if you're a fan of the brand and have the money to spend.
