It also scores well in CR's cleaning tests and comes with a self-emptying station. Other alternatives that do a great job on both carpet and hard floors are the Ecovacs Deebot OZMO T8 Omni.

iLife V3S pro

The V3s Pro is the least expensive robot we've tested but it still turned in the top results in suction tests. It also has a long runtime and smart features, like cliff sensors to prevent the device from falling down stairs or scratching antique furniture legs. It has an area map that indicates areas that don't need to be cleaned. This saves time and money by eliminating unnecessary cleaning.

The V3S Pro excelled on the test for pet hair, capturing all of it with no hairs that were tangled or debris left behind. This makes it an excellent choice for people who own pets and have carpets as well as hard floors. It also did well on the test for crumbs and dirt and picked up all the dirt and crumbs we dropped on the floor without a struggle. It also scored well in the obstacle tests, navigating around the power cords and furniture we placed in its path.

It's designed with a small footprint which makes it easy to maneuver through tight spaces. It also comes with a remote that is easy to use and comprehend and has only one button to press, in contrast to the many-button setups of some competitors. This is a welcome option for those looking for an easier-to-use model. It does lack some more advanced features, like smartphone control and a display that shows what it needs to do next (like emptying the bin or charge) however, this is more of an exception than the rule.

In our laboratory tests, the V3S Pro completed our cleaning runs on average in one hour and 31 minute. The Roomba I4+ is a mid-priced robot vacuum that offers more features than the standard models. It's currently on sale at a price that is $2 less than its previous record-low price. It has a huge dirt bin that is controlled remotely through the iRobot HOME app, compatible with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Apple Siri for voice control. It has physical controls, too and includes a Dual Virtual Barrier that allows you to identify areas that the robot shouldn't be able to go in order to protect objects lto customize cleaning routines and create no-go zones. It also offers quick mapping, which helps to cover a large area quickly and efficiently.

It is also possible to adjust the brushroll's height of the robot depending on the type of floor and surface. This is a nice feature. In our tests it did a decent job of cleaning up debris on hard floors. It struggled on carpets. The flour test was especially disappointing; the robot seemed to move the grain around instead of remove it, leaving noticeable streaks behind. The app also allows you to plan specific times for the robot to operate which is a great feature that many other robots lack -- and it has a multi-story memory which lets it remember different parts of your home even if you move furniture around.

Another great benefit is that the Roborock is fairly simple to maintain. The auto-emptying bin holds a good amount of debris, and it remains at the bottom of its charging station when it is empty, so you'll have empty it less often than most other robotic vacuums. The only drawback to Pure Pure is that it is available in two parts and requires an extremely small tool to put them together. However this shouldn't be a problem for the majority users.

Eufy RoboVac 11S Max

The 11S Max is a good robot vacuum for novices and technophobes seeking an easy cleaning routine. It busts dust just as well as higher-end models and also the BoostIQ feature boosts power when it detects dirty floors. This feature is great, but it can also reduce the battery's life and output of sound. (It's more like an annoying increase in volume, not a deafening one.) This model's Max mode will allow you to use it for 60 minutes instead of the standard mode's 100.

It works very well on hard floors and carpets with medium pile It doesn't have any problems with transitions or edges that are raised. It is also very silent - it doesn't pick up the sound of television or music while it's cleaning. If you'd like to set up a schedule for this robot to clean your home every day, it's easy. Just press the button at the top of the unit to start it, and then set the hour and minute to your liking using the remote control.

It has a tough time with low-pile carpets and its tiny compartment is easily clogged with hair. The bObsweep Bob Pro has similar capabilities to the ILIFE A4s but is built better and has lower recurring costs.
