The floorhead made of pure suction that it uses is not suited to handle large and medium-sized debris. The bristles of the SEB 2277 aren't sufficiently packed and short to provide adequate surface agitation to this kind of material.

The vacuum is easy to operate and has great control. Hand-held controls offer a range of settings that are convenient, including automatic surface-sensitive adjustment for power and the HEPA post-motor filter which are filled with charcoal to neutralize the odors. The body of the canister is constructed of sturdy high-grade plastic and stainless steel. Maintenance for the user is easy and the dirtbags and filters last for a long time.

This model is more expensive than BISSELL's entry-level model Big Ball however it comes with a larger dustbin and performs better on carpeted and unfinished floors. It doesn't have an onboard tool storage like the more expensive C3 models. However, it comes with crevice and upholstery cleaning tools that can be mounted to a clip attached to its hose.

The Miele Classic C1 offers impressive flexibility and is among the most reliable vacuums on the market. It's not as sturdily built as the SEBO Airbelt D4 Premium, however, it offers the same quality of feel and fewer parts that require periodic maintenance. The dirtbags, which are larger than the ones on the Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner, can be separated from the canister, making it easier to store and transport.

The most expensive of the two cordless vacuums made by the company, it's less than a model that has all the bells. The Eufy X10 Pro Omni is a budget-friendly robot vacuum and mop that can be controlled with an app. It can map multiple rooms and create custom cleaning scenarios and no-go zones while a smart mode identifies carpets and rugs to get the mop from them. It also comes with an automatic emptying bin and a dock that automatically cleans, dries and replenishes the water in the tank.

This carpet-cleaning robot vacuum floors is also easy to use. You'll need a plug-in cord and a Wi-Fi connection that is free. Then, you can download the Eufy Clean App and follow the instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi network. The app is a bit sparse and unfinished, but it manages to make the process simple and straightforward.

Once connected, you can start cleaning sessions by pressing any of the three buttons located on the X10 Pro Omni or tapping the homepage to see the current status of the app as well as a list with upcoming tasks. You can then select between an automatic schedule and a manual cleaning session, which you'll need to initiate manually.

As for the vac-and-mop combo, we tested it on several different surfaces including floors that were unfinished and carpets to see how it fared in typical homes. Its side brush is designed to grab large particles and pull them up, but it couldn't remove smaller items such as tinsel or salt.

The mopping performance of the X10 Pro Omni was superior, however. It was able, in contrast to many dumb robot vacuums that use a lot more water, Robotvacuummops to absorb spilled liquids without soaking the floor. The rotating disks didn't leave an odour of wet spots and its "edge-hugging" setting was efficient in squeezing corners. The only drawback is that the mops need regular cleaning, and are difficult to access without removing the entire robot.

Bissell CleanView Rewind Upright Vacuum

This upright vacuum is a great option for those who are looking for a model that is affordable and efficient in getting rid of pet fur. It's quiet, and the large, clear dust bin makes it easy to observe the amount of debris it's collecting. The set-up of this vacuum is fairly easy, but the crevice tool requires a phillips screwdriver head to attach. It does not fit into the extension wand with ease and is less flexible than other models, however it snaps into position once connected.

This model can clean medium-pile, low-pile and shag-pile carpets. It has five carpet pile height adjustment settings that can be easily adjusted with a dial on the foot of the machine. It is swivel-driven and is very maneuverable, but it's not as agile as the other vacuums we tested. It also does not have the longest cord and can only reach 5 feet using its hose, which limits its stair climbing capabilities.

It also does not have an option to roll off the brush making it difficult to get into corners and tight spaces. This is a good choice for those looking for a lightweight upright vacuum that can get rid of pet hair effectively from multiple surfaces.
