iRobot Combo Review

Combo is iRobot's first mop-and-vacuum robot, and it's also the most attractive model of the company. The top piece of brushed aluminum and iRobot logo are more elegant than the loud designs of rivals.

The iRobot Roomba S9+ Robot Vacuum: Ultimate Cleaning Companion Home application is used to help you set up and guide your robot. The app tracks usage data and maps of your home, which include obstacles and furniture. Maps and information about images are only shared when you have signed up.

It's a mop

The Combo Irobot is a intelligent mopping robot that has all the smarts of the excellent Roomba J7+ and includes an on-board water reservoir, a small mopping pad, and a clever robot arm that raises and lowers the pad. It can complete many tasks in 11 minutes before running out of juice and automatically returning to its base station to recharge.

The combo model includes the iRobot Home app so that you can start or stop cleaning runs. It's also a stylish robot vacuum mops, sporting matte black plastic that doesn't show dust or fingerprints and an aluminum top piece that is brushed with the small irobot that vacuums and mops logo.

It's a fantastic vacuum cleaner, and it does not have any trouble crossing large area carpets or transition strips between flooring surfaces. It's also able to pick up dust particles that robotic vacuums don't. It's not very good at mowing. It's not able to remove dried milk stains unless you do it four or five times.

iRobot’s dedicated Braava jet M6 mopping robotic cleaner, often available as a bundle with the j7 plus for less than the combo Combo is a better job in this and other difficult jobs. It can even suck up spilled wine and ketchup, though I'd advise against sending it after any kind of liquid with a significant sugar content.

It's a vacuum

It's among the most attractive robot vacuums. The top piece is smooth and doesn't display fingerprints or dust as easily as some of its competitors. The small water tank and dustbin of this robot vacuum are simple to open, but they are not the most spacious. The Combo j7+ also has the smarts you are used to from iRobot, including map and obstacle avoidance mapping that works effectively and swiftly. But it's the mopping arm that really makes this a standout model in its class. The mop pad is kept on the top of the robot vacuum.
