The UPPAbaby V2 is our most highly-rated full size stroller. It is a great choice for families with growing babies, as it can work with a bassinet, infant car seat and toddler seats. This versatile stroller can also accept a riding board, turning it into triple strollers.

The seats that are cushioned in this stroller are well-designed to ensure comfort. The recline can be adjusted to four positions and is simple to use. The foot rest can also be adjusted to make the ride more comfortable for the passengers. The canopy is large, which is great for parents who want to protect their children from the sun. It is rated SPF 50+ and comes with a pop-out visor, two mesh peek-aboo windows and a flap-cover.

Another great aspect of the UPPAbaby Vista V2 is that the fabrics are machine washable. Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container however, it's hard to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a problem that's common with twin frame strollers, however Joovy offers a separate under-seat baby carrier bag that can assist with this issue.

Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have a self standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage however, we'd prefer a stroller with a bit more flexibility. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a benefit, however, as it allows parents to place their children's infant car seats in opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their needs.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high in terms of weight and size folded. It's the top value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. It also scores well for its maneuverability which is a crucial feature for parents who are looking for a stroller that can be tucked away in small spaces. The Delta is a basic model that lacks some features that other strollers we tested include, such as the deep recline and large storage baskets. However, it's a great option for families on a tight budget and those who require a secondary stroller for occasional use, such as a day at the zoo.

The LX Side-by-Side is a light and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push. Its compact frame, rotating wheels in the front and padded shoulder pads provide a smooth ride. It is comfortable for passengers with a multi-position recline seat and parent cup holder.

It also has an enormous canopy that is European style that offers shade from the sun as well as some protection from light winds. It also comes with two storage bags as well as a five-point harness for security.

The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble which is the quickest time of our test group. The manual is not very good, and the assembly doesn't require tools.
