World of Warcraft Upgrades and Item Upgrading

Upgrades can increase the value of armors, weapons and rings. They also increase bonuses like PvE damage and crit chance.

If the weapon's upgrade template is %, it will gain 3% of its previous damage for every time it's upgraded.

The cost of upgrading an item is determined by the item's level. The cost increases as the item's level rises.

Components

Upgrade components can be added to trinkets, armor, and weapons to provide them with a boost in stats or add a bonus effect. They can be obtained by crafting, purchasing from vendors trading or looting. Certain upgrades have unique cosmetic effects.

Upgrade components are only available to equipment that has a slot. The item must be at least upgraded to blue level before a component can be applied. Like other mods, upgrade components can only be used one time; they cannot be applied multiple times or replaced by new upgrades. Infusions and enrichments are a special kind of upgrade component that is that is used to upgrade non-amulet ascended or legendary equipment and some of the items that are not ascending back. Infusions and enrichments are recovered by salvaging gear from the ascended, or completing an elite mission in the Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall campaigns.

A suffix or prefix can be added to an upgrade, thereby changing the name of the item it's applied to (for instance, 'Canthan Armor Insignia,' is changed to Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). Some upgrades increase the Mark Rarity or Level of an item, which lets players to create stronger versions using fewer Upgrade crystals than they require to reach the same level using normal methods.

A boost upgrade can alter the defense or attack attributes of a weapon or armor. These upgrades are available to be made using the Portative Forging Station once the player has completed the cutscene, and defeats the Crazed mechanic. These upgrades can be purchased by purchasing them from the cash shop, or by getting them from enemies while upgrading other gear.

The player can have up to five boost upgrades at a time. Each upgrade increases the chance that a higher-level version of the item will be available during the next reset. This gives players the opportunity to upgrade their gear, even in the event that they don't know what will be improved following a reset.

If a boost upgrade is successful or not, the process can be costly, and there is a substantial risk that the item may be obsolete or even break if it fails; a failed upgrade will cause the destruction of the Upgrade Crystals and Assist Powder, as well as the upgraded item. This is alleviated by the availability cash shop items to double or even eliminate the possibility of failure, and some upgrades that offer an additional benefit when they are inserted into an item.

Glyphs

Glyphs are Upgrade Item parts that can be inserted into special sockets on the Paragon Board. Glyphs increase the power of nodes within a radius, which includes any existing attaches. Glyphs can be upgraded in a variety of ways. We recommend upgrading them as quickly as possible up to 15 levels.
The upgrade system of items allows players to increase the effectiveness of certain items by introducing upgraded components. This is known as "upping". Each upgradeable item has a level, which determines its final upgraded stats. Upgraded items can be upgraded up to a maximum level of 385. Each item level requires different components, and upgrade costs increase with each level.

Certain upgrades require an ingredient to be activated. This ingredient is obtained from the completion of Upgrade Recipes. These recipes can be found in the upgrade tab of a crafting table, or bought from NPCs. Each Upgrade Recipe that is completed results in a certain amount of Technology points. These points can be used to upgrade the item. Once enough are earned, the upgrade can be claimed and the additional bonuses will be added to the item.

When an item is upgraded by a player to a higher level, the original item upgrade is replaced with a different item of the same kind. The same armor will be upgraded to the form of a weapon or shield when upgraded. The new item also has its own set of bonuses. This could be a problem because it can cause the item to become more expensive if you don't require it.

Upgrades to items can be rerolled, if the player has enough reroll tokens to be able to do so. The item will be replaced by the same item, but it has a level 1 basis and completely different bonuses. This can be useful, but should not be used frequently as it could waste resources.

Certain upgrades can be rerolled multiple times which increases their value and allows the player to modify their gear. A good example of this is Dolphin's Gift, which gives an increase in power when a player repeatedly enters and exits water (or swims like dolphins). It is possible to upgrade it several times, each time increasing the max roll by 10 points. This item is highly important in PvP. A well-rolled version can be worth up to 50x the value of the non-upgraded counterpart.

Requirements

The ability to upgrade items allows players to upgrade the level of their equippable gear--armor, weapons and trinkets above ilvl 385--by offering the appropriate currency and items to an item upgrader NPC. Upgrades to armor set pieces increase its base defense and weapon upgrades items boost their base damage as well as their strength and dexterity.

All items can be upgraded up to five times, with the exception of hero gear, which can be upgraded up to eight times. Every time you upgrade an object it has a chance of failing. The failure rate increases as you move beyond the maximum number. Failures will result in the item upgrader kit reverting to its initial state which means that the player has to purchase more items than if they stopped upgrading after the maximum number.

If an item does not upgrade the amount of experience in its growth bar is reset to zero. Additionally the item will lose any gained bonuses, including crit chance and attack damage, and all other effects that are associated with that effect (for instance, an increase in heal over time or the speed of reloading). The player is able to use their weapon or armor even after the failure.

When an item is upgraded the upgrades are applied from the lowest to the highest. This means that when a weapon gains an increase in the chance of crit the increase is applied before any increase in attack damage. A new attribute known as Slots has been added to the definition of the item and the value is calculated every time an upgrade is applied.

The amount of resources needed to upgrade an item is determined on the rarity rating as well as the number of upgrade slots. The upgrade cost for non-premium products is equal to the base value of the upgrade. For instance, a typical equipment item may have five upgrades at a cost of 25,600 Technology Points and 4x Quality Improvement Chance--whereas hero grade items will have the lowest cost for each upgrade.

Premium items have different upgrade requirements than standard gear--for instance, they might require fewer sowels but more minerals and erons. The player will need to carry each piece of gear they want to upgrade to NPC [ArmorBoboko. Boboko located in Central Flarine. Each upgrade of equipment requires different amounts of the ingredients for upgrading, in addition to the expenses that are listed above.
