Some creationists accept naturalistic evolution and special creation and consider their views to be "theistic evolution." Other creationists believe that God created the universe and all living things in a single event, known as the Great Flood. These creationists believe that the original species were created simultaneously, and that they grew slowly afterward. In general, creationists oppose the teaching of evolution in schools. The causes are not certain, but could be related to religious beliefs or the absence of creation scientists in the US.

The KACR has achieved many things in the past through lectures and seminar events. It publishes a bimonthly magazine called Creation and the book. Among these is a textbook on the natural sciences, with an evolutionary perspective that has sparked interest among college students. In 1991 the year 1991, a minister and professor began teaching Creation Science in one university, and it continues to be taught to this day.
