The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps fund the Marine Corps' annual toy drive. The Cots 4 Tots story began in 2010 with a fund-raising appeal for Bristol's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St Michael's Hospital. The charity has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds since its inception, helping families with sick and premature babies across the West of England and South Wales. Its work includes providing accommodation for families in homes and the provision of state-of-the-art equipment for the NICU.

Cots for Tots House is a "home away from home" for families who are being treated in a hospital. It is located next to the NICU and allows parents to be close to their infant cot bed. The charity has helped more than 2100 families stay at the house since 2012.
