Diablo 4 Item Upgrades

Item upgrades allow players to increase the item level of items that can be equipped, such as weapons, armor, and trinkets up to a certain amount. They can be done at any upgrader NPC using the appropriate currency.

Another option is to create an application that checks the upgrade requirements of an item prior to allowing it to be upgraded.
