The XL Air is a really impressive car and it's simple to see why it's received so many high marks from its customers. It is extremely light - the wheels and chassis weigh just 6.5kg. It is also very easy to assemble. I was able to get it up and running in less than five minutes - which is remarkable considering it also includes the ability to attach fabric to the carrycot.

The seat is wide and comfortable for Annie who is 12 months old. The recline lever was simple to operate. The basket is spacious with plenty of space, and I find it nice that the handle bar features an area to keep your keys and phone safe.

The only slight downside is that the handlebar is low, which could be an issue for parents who are taller. It's covered in a soft, comfortable leather-like material that is easy to clean.

The seat fabric can be machine washed and the faux leather frame and grips are easy to clean. It's also a lot quieter than many pushchairs and I felt safe using it on busy city streets. One of the advantages is that it incorporates accessory points. This means you can add footmuffs parasols, changing bags, and even a tray for snacks. The hood can be used to block out the elements of wind and rain, but it's not waterproof. It's a single pram, but you can attach their Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) to give your child a bit of leg room. The bassinet took about 20 minutes to set up and it took about the same amount of time to convert it into a seat.
