Robotic vacuum cleaners and mops are a great way to quickly clean up messes. The best robot vacuums and mops that I tested had great navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds as well as wires that were strung up.

You can also schedule cleaning tasks through an app and monitor their progress.

The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for an automated robot mop vacuum that is hands-free that also has mopping capabilities. It's one of the combinator robot vacuum that vacuums and mops vacuums that include mopping capabilities that are priced lower than the competition.

Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work to start, including creating an account on the manufacturer's app and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've done this, the robot will begin to vacuum and mop effortlessly.

It's important to note that the mapping process may take some time and the Yeedi Cube may need a few attempts before it has an accurate image of your room. In addition, object detection can be hit or miss; it was able to skirt furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to turn it over to get free. But these are minor flaws, and the Yeedi Cube is still a ideal choice for those looking for an all-in-one solution for cleaning.

3. Ecovacs Dirs. It struggled with small particles and did not always clear the thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise is also relatively high, so it may be less of a "set-and-forget" model than some.

As with most robotic vacuums and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that allows you to refill its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with the regular schedule. You can manage all of its functions using the Eufy app, which provides an easy overview and lots of options for configuration.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is one of the top robot mowers and vacuums available, and it provides amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR mapping sensors can detect furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with a reasonable precision. The application allows users to adjust the coverage of the map, establish no-go zones, or modify their cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This is an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode is impressive too it comes with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, which lifts these pads upwards when they're in proximity to soft surfaces to prevent contamination of them with.

The all-in-one docking station serves as a hands-free maintenance centre that is able to wash and dry the mops, and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station features an integrated dust removal system that compacts dust, allowing for 7 weeks of maintenance free operation.

6. S10

This robot is a few hundred dollars less expensive than the S8 and does a fantastic job of keeping my home office tidy. It can also reach into the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses a laser mapping and camera to create a 3D model of your home, so it knows what to stay clear of. And, unlike many vacuums that can mop it also has detection of objects and obstructions that avoids items such as dog toys and bowls (but not poop!).

Other great features include a self-emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature, and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and customize settings for every room in your home.

It features the same multi-room smart mapping that is found in the S8 and can distinguish between carpets and laminate with high-pile carpets. And, if you're looking to save time, it can avoid mopping rooms that aren't filthy. It's an excellent option if you have a mix of flooring in your home but aren't looking to spend the money to buy the Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is an excellent choice when you're looking for a robot that can handle regular maintenance on a daily basis and touch-ups for messy water stains. It offers a broad range of features like a self-emptying dustbin, the water refill dock, as well as customizable settings in the app. It is surprisingly quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. It's unable to pick up the tangled tassels of a rug and its battery drains quicker than other models we tried.

With a cost of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and a handy automation into a sleek design. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming however, it performed quite well. It comes with a variety of cleaning modes, from the low power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the incredibly powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to automatically remove and replace its mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuums with mop vacuum and mop for those who live in cramped areas. It is very silent and fast, and it can navigate tight spaces efficiently. It also does a very good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.

It's smaller than many of its competitors however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be programmed to take pictures of every object it chooses (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as 'not located' so that they will not be taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secured and not connected to your account.

It does a great job of vaccuming, but it isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped onto the bot's bottom and drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
