It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can avoid things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop) unlike other vacuums.

It has other great notable features, like an automatic vacuum and mop robot emptying dust bin, Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop a mop pad that's self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that is able to reach places that other mops can't reach. You can also customize the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.

It comes with the same multi-room smart mapping that is found in the S8 and is able to distinguish between carpets and laminate with high-pile rug. And, if you want to save time, it can skip mopping in rooms that aren't filthy. It's a great option if you have a mix of flooring in your home and don't want to spend the extra money for a Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this robot is an excellent choice. It has a range of features, including a self emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It's surprisingly quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to remove tangled rug tassels, and its battery drains a little quicker than other models we tested in our tests.

With a cost of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and handy automation into a sleek design. It's smaller than its rivals, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a good amount of suction power and it is able to take a photo of each object it picks up (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they don't get removed during subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure, and are not tied to your account.

It does a great job of vaccuming but isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped onto the bot's bottom, and then drags them across the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
